Yoga 4 Kids
Why should kids do yoga? Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration, sense of calmness and relaxation improves. While doing yoga, children exercise, play, connect more deeply with their inner self, and develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them. Yoga brings that marvelous inner light that all children have to the surface.
Our Kids Yoga classes are held in our Fitness studio, located on our 2nd floor. They are scheduled every Thursdays, from 4p to 5p. Every child gets his/her second class free with the purchase of his/her first class. Enroll 2 or more children in the kids series and receive a discounted rate. We start at age 6 up to age 12, but will consider enrolling children outside of this age group based on cognitive skills. Packages are available. For more information and to register,
